About us
Audactus LLC is a high-end consulting firm dedicated to creating state-of-the-art narratives for strategy and transformation and deploying them at scale. Our goal is to deliver sustainable value to Entrepreneurs and Senior Executives as they navigate resource-constrained and highly competitive landscape and achieve transformations which generate a positive impact. We aim to provide critical expertise, customed frameworks, and holistic diagnostics to address the challenges of scaling up. Leveraging both on American and European business cultures with footprint in NYC and Paris, we are able to quickly integrate into new environments and effectively align stakeholders, while guiding our client’s projects and initiatives in strategy, business and ops transformation, acquisition integration, and go-to-market. Audactus primarily focus on financial services, mobility, energy, and PE.
Roles and Responsibilities
-
Mobilize and develop your skills in the financial services industry, particularly in the banking sector.
-
Actively listen to client issues and needs to formulate accurate and relevant insights.
-
Conduct thorough and rigorous research and analysis using client and/or external sources to clarify client challenges.
-
Formulate constructive, original, and high-impact recommendations and proposals.
-
Lead workshops and meetings, leveraging your facilitation and synthesis skills to drive efficiency and results.
-
Contribute to the design of work approaches/frameworks during engagements and ensure their execution while considering client context and constraints.
-
Deliver high-quality outputs, both in substance and form.
-
Support the development and integration of strategic plans, transformation plans, and client efficiency initiatives.
-
Master the fundamentals of project management and provide structured solutions to ensure smooth execution and risk anticipation.

Stay informed about trends and innovations in financial services (retail banking, CIB, wealth management, payments, fintech, embedded finance).
-
Maintain a professional demeanor and communication (both written and verbal) at all times, fostering trust and reinforcing Audactus' positive image.

Contribute to internal initiatives for the firm’s development (research, publications, networking, business proposals) and monitor assignment opportunities aligned with the firm’s positioning.
Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
-
Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience, including leading complex, high-impact engagements within large organizations
-
Deep understanding of business services and processes related to Transformation, and the development of Target Operating Models from an end-to-end process perspective
-
Strong grasp of business functional areas and related controls, including integration of global business processes and sub-processes (data and workflows), policies, and procedures
-
Proven ability to navigate and deliver results in evolving, transformational environments
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create functional and technical documentation
-
Self-starter with sound judgment, proactive in providing updates and seeking guidance when needed
-
Creative, adaptable, and comfortable operating with autonomy
-
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and experience applying them
-
Effective coaching and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to align stakeholders around a shared vision or goal

Capable of quickly building trust and value-based relationships across all levels of an organization

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and familiar with project management frameworks

Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Skilled in team facilitation, understanding group dynamics while keeping focus on outcomes

New York base compensation is between $105,000 to $120,000 a year. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and market location.
Hybrid policy
Audactus maintains its hybrid workplace arrangements and provides a flexible workplace environment that is driven by client and business/market needs. At this time, in person requirements are issued by departments (Business Unit/Business Line) and vary by office location. Consultants are expected to have the ability to be flexible with work location depending on business needs and live within a reasonable distance to the office.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, Business or a related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.

You ideally have one to two years of experience in consulting or with leading financial institutions.
