Audactus LLC is a high-end consulting firm dedicated to creating state-of-the-art narratives for strategy and transformation and deploying them at scale. Audactus primarily focus on financial services, mobility, energy, and PE.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Mobilize and develop your skills in the financial services industry, particularly in the banking sector

  • Actively listen to client issues and needs to formulate accurate and relevant insights.

  • Conduct thorough and rigorous research and analysis using client and/or external sources to clarify client challenges.

  • Contribute to formulating constructive, original, and high-impact recommendations and proposals.

  • Contribute to the animation of workshops and meetings, leveraging your facilitation and synthesis skills to drive efficiency and results.

  • Produce high-quality deliverables—clear, accurate, and well-crafted—under your supervisor’s guidance.

  • Assist the team in the design and integration of strategic plans, transformation plans, and client efficiency initiatives.

  • Learn the fundamentals of project management and provide structured solutions to ensure smooth execution and risk anticipation.

  • Stay informed about trends and innovations in financial services (retail banking, CIB, wealth management, payments, fintech, embedded finance).

  • Maintain a professional demeanor and communication (both written and verbal) at all times, fostering trust and reinforcing Audactus' positive image.

  • Contribute to internal initiatives for the firm’s development (research, publications, networking, business proposals) and monitor assignment opportunities aligned with the firm’s positioning.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, Business or a related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Strong academic record, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.

  • You should reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required.

  • You ideally have a first experience in Consulting or with leading financial institutions (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs).

  • Self-directed and uses judgment to proactively seek guidance from experienced consultant and management.

  • Ability and experience of working in a transforming environment.

  • Excellent presentation and writing skills (functional/technical specifications) are required.

  • Fluency in English and professional in a second language are essential.

  • Based in New York City and eligible to work in the United States.

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary + Annual Discretionary Bonus 

  • Health insurance partially subsidized by the employer

  • 15 Paid Time Off + 10 Public Holidays​

 

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Audactus, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $29/hour to $41/hour.

Hybrid policy

Audactus maintains its hybrid workplace arrangements and provides a flexible workplace environment that is driven by client and business/market needs. At this time, in person requirements are issued by departments (Business Unit/Business Line) and vary by office location. Consultants are expected to have the ability to be flexible with work location depending on business needs and live within a reasonable distance to the office.

  • At this time, Audactus does not intend to pursue employment with applicants who will require now or in the future visa by our company for work authorization in the United States (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa, or any other non-immigrant status).
